The Prince of Wales has awarded Chef Tony Singh with his MBE at today's Investiture.

For over 25 years Tony has pushed the boundaries of culinary innovation, combining his Sikh upbringing with his love of Scottish produce.

Tony's MBE was also awarded in honour of his charity work. Over the years he has supported a number of charities through his restaurants. He is the Charity Champion for Foodtrain, which provides household support services for older people in Scotland.
