Physique update!
Everyday I challenge myself to get better and better. It's not about reaching perfection but always keeping it interesting and having something to work towards. I've been able to create my physique by working my ass off at the gym,I never do the same workouts and I don't deprive myself when it comes to food.
Im a endo/meso morp I'm naturally lean and can build muscle fast in my lower body but I also hold far in my lower body. Its super hard for me to maintain my upper body mass, so I train specifically for my body type. I train super heavy upper body and typically lighter/body weight on my lower body. This is what works for me. I suggest you play around with your training program and see what works best for your body too!
