Throwing it back to 2013!
What what a journey it's been, I started my fitness career right before this. I had only done one other professional shoot before this with @ludwigaraujo, that actually got picked up by @fitnessgurls . Which ultimately jump started it all for me. I'm extremely grateful, so thanks to the both of you.
Before this shoot with @jay_fuertez_photographer I was shredding down for my second npc bikini competition. I was eating tilapia and asparagus to get lean, and now I can't be in the same room as tilapia. There are better ways you guys! Now I eat burgers weekly and have dessert almost everyday and I look way better than before.
Social media can make us feel unworthy and insecure when it comes to getting results but let me tell you this, if you stay consistent and work hard you CAN AND WILL create your best body. That's what it's all about, Living a healthy active lifestyle and creating a lifestyle that you can keep lifelong.
