Lunchtime Sweat-Fest ? Today I tried out the brand spanking new @barryslondon studio in Notting Hill with @healthychefsteph ?? The machine (and legend!) @faisalpmafitness took us through a super tough session which focused on treadmill intervals and weighted leg exercises. Damn. It killed me! My quads were super pumped by the end! The running was SO out of my comfort zone but I loved it. It made me want to up my running game ??‍♀️ Now that Barry's has come west, I'll definitely be hitting it up more often! ?? Follow my day on my Instagram story! ??
