I love birds in flight, it's when they open up and reveal how colorful and dynamic they are. I also love the challenge of capturing these fast moving creatures. This last March I was #onassignment for @ナショナルジオグラフィック in the #Antarctica peninsula working on a climate change and fishing story for the mag slated for later in the year, working with the ever talented @paulnicklen and @Cristina Mittermeier. There were so many incredible moments, powerful, revealing and meaningful. Working with a colony of #commonShags, the bird seen here, was a lot of fun. @sea_legacy @andy_mann @ianvaso @shanemoorefilms @pattersonimages @craigwelch
