Crazy 24h ? I'm in New York today on a public speaking arrangement ?? I'm so glad I bought my @1stphorm pre workout with me since my 7:30am flight out of LAX was delayed over 4 hours! I didn't get into NY til 9pm last night and still got up to make time for a little in room workout this morning. Life and travel is always going to be crazy when you're chasing your dreams but as long as you're prepared you can be ready for anything! Megawatt came in clutch! ?? #1stphorm
