Do I look tired AF in this picture? It's cause I am! ? recharging with @1stphorm phormula 1 protein to get through my sets today. Life is always going to throw more shit at you than you think you can handle, but I truly believe you don't know how strong you are until you are tested. This year has been hectic for me on just about every level. It's been emotionally and physically exhausting and it's affected my workout routine, I haven't been on a solid schedule so today I decided to make it a priority to get back into a solid routine. When I get overwhelmed the last thing I want to do is worry about workouts and fitness, but it's worth pushing through that cause I'm always more capable of handling what life throws at me when I'm taking care of my body. #1stphorm #recovery #fitness #routine
