Living alone in LA, and being my own boss, I always have a lot on my mind. My routine, and my @1stphorm program is imperative for me to stay focused and self motivated in order to keep together the life I've built for myself here in Los Angeles. There's a lot of people who are quick to label me as just another 'IG model'. I get it. There's a lot of BS on social media. It's so fake. Not everyone is going to know my story. 99% of people see my pics and keep scrolling without caring about who I am as a person. I don't have power over that. What I do have power over, is deciding that for the 1% of people who take their time to write to me, thank me for inspiring them and saying I mean something to them, that I stand for more, and choosing to align myself with companies that stand for something too. There's a LOT of supplement company brands you see online but I can 100% say that @andyfrisella lives breathes and seriously cares about people, (not just pretty girls on IG) their goals, and the integrity of #1stphorm and the quality that delivers people their results. (#bcaa in blue raspberry, matches my outfit too?)
