Nothing steals your happiness and well being more than comparisons. When I started with my @1stphorm routine I was determined to reach my goals at my own pace and stop myself from comparing my body to others. I think on social media we get so caught up with seeing where everyone else is at, but that's destructive and holds us back. (I'm currently loving #1stphorm BCAA in apple juice flavour, cause it helps me to stay focused and push myself!)
