@fitlittlecookie Progress using my #bbg program! She says "90 weeks of BBG - I stepped on the scales today out of curiosity and for once I felt nothing ?? Those numbers mean absolutely nothing to me anymore, just like they did when I was a kid messing around on them. As I got older I started comparing myself to other girls, I started to believe that skinnier was better and that's when my obsession with weight began. I was only eleven which is kind of ridiculous when you think about it? .
