Question I get asked often: when will I step on stage again??? The answer lies somewhere out of my interest as of late. I’m not saying prepping and competing wasn’t an exhilarating time in my life. It was, and I loved it. But right now, competing is simply not my priority. I have other dreams to check off my list; I have other goals to nourish my growth. But no matter what goal I hope to accomplish, the backbone of these pursuits are constant - I am invested in the chase, the opportunity, and the unravelling of my journey. Ups and downs are permitted. So is failing and  insurmountable amounts of learning (note: I am a wee youngster of 21 years so I have lots to learn?). I guess my take home message tonight is that I don’t need heavy lifts or bronzed out obliques to fill my heart with joy and peace. I can be happy and strong and love my skin in a million of ways.
