Working out from home vs the gym. Which do you prefer? I'm unlike most people and work from home so for me the gym is my escape out of my work bubble every morning lol. But constantly being on-the-go I've adapted to working out wherever I can make do. Sometimes it's neither the gym or home and it's just going on a hike or water sports. If you're not sure what's right for you it really comes down to cost, motivation, convenience and personality. Sometimes the answer is clear cut. If the gym is an hour away and you only have 30 min window in the mornings, you'll likely be opting for a home workout. If you can't afford a gym membership, you'll likely be working out from home. If you're an extrovert and like being around people you might be more motivated in a gym setting. What are your goals? Do you want to pack on some serious muscle? The equipment at the gym might be a little more beneficial. I know what a challenge it can be to find the right place and time but keep your motivation going regardless of location!
