Photograph by Michael Yamashita @Michael Yamashita - I photographed the DMZ (Demilitarized Zone), the heavily armed border between North and South Korea, on the 50th anniversary of the Korean War. Nothing has improved since the @ナショナルジオグラフィック story was published in 2003, as tensions have reached an all time high. With more missile tests and the threat of nuclear war from the North, the South is on the highest alert.
