Just another favorite Shoulder Burnout of mine! It has 2 parts. Both are 5minutes and the same set up
Part 1:
30 seconds alternating presses
30 seconds plank Press Ups (No rest between. 5min straight)
Rest a few minute before you start part 2.
Part 2:
30seconds lateral Raises
