I did a really great sprinting session yesterday that I thought I'd share with you guys ????
It only takes about 20minutes (which I love!! ? haha) but is super tough! ??
??
Sprint for 15 seconds (70-80% max)
then rest 15 seconds
>>repeat 10 times (total 5mins⏰)

Repeat the 5 minute blocks 2 more times with 2-3 minutes recovery in between ➰?
.
I just did it at the grass track on a 100m straight running up and back (you can do it at the park too ??)
