I grew up with a deep dislike for fog. The central coast where I'm from is known for some of the worst. Days so dense you can't surf, can't drive & couldn't see sometimes more than a few ft. But photography has always taught me to embrace adverse conditions. Often finding myself having to shoot on assignment in less than ideal conditions. When I realized that coastal trees would hold back the fog in their canopy allowing the moisture to trickle down to the Spanish moss below, I began looking forward to these foggy windless mornings. Beauty in everything I guess.
