You should delete people today.
You HAVE to delete negative people. If you tell someone they hurt you and they get angry - delete them. If you share something positive with someone and instead of uplifting you they dismiss it - delete them. If someone is disloyal to you when you've put your own life aside to raise them up - delete them. If you are mindful and they are "forgetful" (cough.. they don't give a crap about you because they don't truly give a shit) - delete them.
They think a lie isn't a lie because you didn't ask the right question - delete them.
I know this up and down. Some of it I used to do to people too until I learned to stop being a louse and own my shit & be assertive enough to call you on yours.
Here is the really real download of realllllll life. Ready? Some people are just WIRED to receive. You know what that means? It means they don't know how to give because they don't have the right synapses firing off in their mind to tell their conscious thought process that that's proper and appropriate.
So set your boundaries and watch the fun. See who remembers. See who never champions you.
