#LeeKumKee Chili Garlic Sauce and #Hoisin Sauce are the secret ingredients to this flavorful soup! Recipe below:

Ingredients

Squash peeled and cut into small pieces 1 Pound
Heavy cream 1 /2 Cup
Curry powder 2 Tsp
Flour 4 Tbsp
Parsley , chopped 1 Tsp
Onion , chopped 1 Small
Chicken broth 4 Cups
Butter 4 Tbsp
Croutons 1 Ounce
Chili Garlic Sauce 1 Tbsp
Hoisin Sauce 4 Tbsp

Directions
1. In a medium sauce pan, combine flour and butter. Cook for 2 minutes
2. Add onion, squash, Lee Kum Kee™ Chili Garlic Sauce, Lee Kum Kee™ Hoisin Sauce and curry powder. Cook mixture for 3 minutes while stirring.
3. Stir in chicken broth. Bring mixture to a boil, then simmer until squash is tender. Cool and pureé with blender.
4. Add heavy cream and cook squash mixture until heated through.
5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with croutons.
