I don't believe in putting other people down. Because I believe that when you put people down, it shows a lot about your character, it honestly shows more about you and the person that YOU are. I choose and will forever choose to be a positive light in peoples lives & even if I don't necessarily agree with something or like something, I'm still not gonna go out of my way to bring someone down. I simply just won't talk to them. I have realize that the less negativity that you have in your life & you put out into the world, the more peaceful your life becomes. Negativity distracts you from goals, negativity steals your happiness & quite honestly negativity cancels out having a positive life... You simply can't have both. Now whether this negativity is towards other people or even towards yourself, I encourage you everyday to catch yourself when you think in a negative manner & correct yourself into a positive state of being... this sort of practice will allow you to live a more positive life. And by practicing this, (catching yourself thinking negative and replacing it with a positive statement) you will slowly began to naturally think positive thoughts towards yourself and other people. Do you know they do say whether the saying is true or not but they do say that people who are outwardly negative to other people are just inwardly unhappy about themselves; which means that you not only are being negative to other people but you were being negative to yourself. For example: This could mean you're not happy with yourself etc so maybe (un) or even intentionally negative to other people bringing them down. (Again, this is just an example) but just like building the body of your dreams takes discipline & it takes practice (practice meaning working out) Building a positive mindset also can take discipline and take practice. (Practicing things like this, being positive) You can always practice on changing the way you think & having a more positive outlook on life and with how you see & interact with people is very crucial in being successful in different areas of your life. Having a healthy mind is just as or maybe even more important than having a healthy looking body.
