My first attempt to what I'll call a country spelt brioche. It's whole grain, made with whey as a liquid, sweetened with honey and it also has some milk thistle oil in it. In my baking I'll want to embrace local, regional Polish products. Mimic country living amongst other artisans to support and turn their labor into some delicious and nourishing breads and pastries. This brioche is only step one. Soon I'll check how does it cope with frangipane in some delicious bostocks :) #wholegrain #bbga #thebakefeed #feedfeed #freshmilled
