Lines of light on nubby, natural linen, making me smile on this busy, rushing around sort of morning. I'm heading out for a run here in a few moments after a three-week break, a hiatus for my foot, which wasn't quite healed enough to be running on it...and then last week, fighting strep. Feeling guilty for taking twenty minutes to myself to go run, and trying to shake it. I am certainly more productive and able for others if I take some time for my health, yes?
