I always know that when someone says, "I'll start on Monday", they will fail. Why is Monday the magic day for change? Why wait a single minute? Get started  and think about your goal alot, and make adjustments along the way. Forget about being perfect, you'll make mistakes, lots of them, but you'll learn from those mistakes and you'll improve. Most of all, have fun. Smile and laugh alot, mostly at yourself.
