I'll never forget recording Leon Ware, Minnie Ripperton, and Al Jarreau on "If I Ever Lose This Heaven" for my album, "Body Heat," back in 1974...Leon was one of the songwriters on this track and he was without a doubt, one of the most talented guys out there. I always say it all starts with the song...A great song can make a star out of the worst singer in the world, but the best singer in the world can't save a bad song. And my brother Leon, you sure always knew how to get it done...you'll always be in our hearts. #leonware
