Lunch. Yesterday, and then again today, heated all together in a pan. 'Poulet au prune', or 'khoresh-e āloo', aka chicken stew with prunes, Persian style. Served with top notch saffron rice. A recipe I made in competition with the clock. I (and the organic, free range chicken) won. Less than hour to cook it all. It's part of an upcoming project that I will announce soon. So stay tuned!
