On the first day of the @newhorizonescapes retreat I was asked what my biggest aspiration is. I said that I want to spread the @thegirlgains message far and wide. I want to empower as many women as physically possible to love themselves and their bodies, to become strong and confident, and to find their own version of balance. But selfishly, I also aspire to travel. I want to see this beautiful planet. I want to delve deep into far-flung countries. Immerse myself in different cultures. Enrich my life with awesome experiences. Like today, when I hiked through a dense jungle in Thailand. With a group of incredible women. And then swam in a waterfall under a crystal blue sky.
