Checking in from the @newhorizonescapes retreat in Thailand ?? Hey! So the retreat is in full swing now! We've hiked, paddle boarded, swam, kick boxed and even done sweaty HIIT classes with a sea view ☀️ I'm joining in with some of the activities, leading the workouts and then planning to pop to the gym on days off to lift weights ?? I have a love hate relationship with training in the heat. I love the challenge and hate that all the sweat drips into my eyes ??
