The state was very forward-thinking when voters established a coastal commission to protect public access on vast and spectacular landscapes that were otherwise threatened by real estate developers. Without that intervention, we'd likely have to pay a hefty price just to see this view I shot from my car last week. I hope that spirit prevails. #Pacific #Ocean
