Another #usacbouldering Nationals done!! This year was different for me in a really good way. I've mentally struggled in the past, putting expectations on myself that created huge anxiety and frustration. It got to the point where I considered giving up on comps altogether ? I decided to do it 'just one more time' this year because, well...comps have been such a big part of my #climbing life and it's hard to let go. It seems like such an obvious solution to just 'have fun and climb', but this year I was able to truly embrace that mentality. It felt great to have fun again!! ? While comps are no longer my focal point, they are always a great learning experience. Plus I'm SUPER PROUD of @アレックス・パッチシオ for her 10th Championship title, and @michaelakiersch for her awesome Finals performance. Great job ladies ❤️Thanks to the setters, event organizers, spectators, and my fellow competitors for making all of this possible. I'll be back for more plastic lessons in the future ? Shoutout to @greg_mionske for the rad photos!! ?? #bouldering
