"MY body, MY choice!!" I was moved by the hundreds of women blending their voices during this particular chant. Moved because, in the pause that followed, our male allies in attendance followed up with "HER body, HER choice!!" The back-and-forth cries of support grew to an intensity that made my heart want to burst. That's what this #WomensMarch represented to me: unity AMONGST women, FOR women, WITH women. It was not AGAINST our male counterparts; #feminism is not anti-man (anti-Trump tho... that's a different story). We just want the same human rights that, as human beings, we deserve. Thank you to all the amazing women and men who braved the Utah blizzard, and thank you to every person who participated in this amazing world-wide event.
