Here's my Beef fried rice - My Seasonings are Available here ⬇️ Click the link in the bio -> @flavorGod or visit website: www.flavorgod.com - INGREDIENTS ?3/4 pound - rib eye steak, cut into 1/2-inch cubes ?1 1/2 cups long-grain rice ?3 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon soy sauce or coconut amino ?Sesame Oil ?FlavorGod Garlic Salt ?1 tbsp - garlic / minced ?1 cup - asparagus / chopped ?1/4 cup - onion / fine chop ?1/4 cup - carrot / julienne ?2 egg, beaten to mix ?3 tablespoons-  cooking oil ?1/4 cup - green onion / diced - Directions: 1.In a medium bowl, combine steak cubes with: 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, FlavorGod garlic salt and garlic minced. Marinade. 2.Cook Rice according to directions. - 3.Meanwhile, heat a large frying pan over medium, high heat. Add cooking oil, once oil is hot add asparagus, onion. Sauté for 4 minutes or until asparagus is soft, once soft and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce in the pan and turn off heat. Remove asparagus and onion from pan. Next, wipe pan. Heat oil in pan, add beef mixture in the pan and cook on high, stirring occasionally, until browned and just cooked, 2 minutes. Remove from pan. - 4.Reduce the heat to medium. Add a few drops of sesame oil in the pan. Add the beaten egg to the pan and cook until just done, about 30 seconds. Remove from pan. - 5.Heat the 1 tbsp. cooking oil in the pan over moderately high heat. Add the scallions and cooked rice to the pan and heat, stirring, for 3 minutes. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons soy sauce, the beef, carrot, asparagus onion mix, and egg. Heat, stirring, 1 to 2 minutes longer. Drizzle sesame oil over the top. INGREDIENTS
