My BUFFALO SHRIMP RICE STACK

Built my stack with a round cookie cutter, it's fun?

INGREDIENTS:
▪️12-shrimp
▪️1-tablespoon - olive oil
▪️1-tablespoon - garlic /minced
▪️2-tablespoons - #Flavorgod Buffalo seasoning
▪️2-tablespoons chopped parsley
▪️1-cup cooked rice
▪️1-avocado mashed, slightly seasoned with Flavorgod Pink salt & pink peppercorn
▪️1-cucumber sliced
▪️1-tomato sliced

DIRECTIONS:
▪️Heat olive oil in a pan until medium/hot and add shrimp
▪️cook the shrimp for about 2 minutes each side, making sure to add a dash of Flavorgod Himalayan pink salt, garlic, parsley and Flavorgod Buffalo seasoning at the end. Sauté together
▪️stack in this order: sliced cucumber on bottom, cooked rice on top, sliced tomato, guacamole on top of tomato, then arrange sautéed shrimp on very top.
▪️sprinkle with chopped parsley on top
