'We trekked from Lungden to Gokyo Lakes crossing Renjo-La Pass and it snowed for the whole trek. 6+hrs, 12kms and over 1000m of altitude gain in such weather conditions helped make it the most tiring day of the trek. We arrived at the beautiful Gokyo Lakes in the afternoon where we stopped overnight (enjoying a beer or two!) to rise the next morning to see this peaceful scene.
