Awesome little combo these 2 exercises make! Grab a fitness band for ankles, a fairly heavy kettle-bell and sliders. 10 circles each leg then 10 sliding reverse lunges. Lunges w/sliders are killer for hamstrings & booty! - Dig your standing leg heel in & make sure to only pull yourself back up using the entire backside of your leg & butt.
