ENERGY-PACKED PRE-WORKOUT GREEN SMOOTHIE | SERVES 2

INGREDIENTS
2 cups spinach, fresh
2 cups water
2 cups strawberries, frozen
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup raw or cooked beet, diced
4 tablespoons Organic Energy Powder from @thenaturalcitizen

DIRECTIONS
1. Blend spinach and water until smooth.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again until smooth.
