The recipe for this delicious gluten free banana-sweet apricot kernel cake is on the blog now, check it out guys, link is in profile. So curious to hear if you will love it as much as we do? #ourfoodstories *EDIT We just had some comments and mails that apricot kernels are dangerous/ poisoned. We bought the apricot kernels and the apricot kernel butter at the organic supermarket, so of course we didn't thought about it that they could be dangerous to eat, because why should they sell them? We googled it and found out that you can only eat sweet apricot kernels and not bitter ones, so for the butter and kernels that we bought in the organic store they used the sweet ones, otherwise why should they be allowed to sell it? To make sure that no one missunderstand that we will change it to almond butter / almonds in the ingredient list. Of course you can also take peanut or hazelnut butter, what ever you prefer. Hope everything is clear now ?
