I just finished writing down goals for this upcoming year for lifting, business & personal categories. I experienced a lot of change and a lot growth in 2016... it was kind of a sink or swim type of era for me... I want to say that it was hell & i'm glad it is over... but in the end the trials i was put through and the lessons i learned landed me where I ultimately need and want to be; I ended this year happier than ever. I feel ready to push myself harder this year towards the things i want now. Basically ... I am planning on doing more of this in 2017 ? #goals #2017ready ?: @oxudumedia
