Providing a different array of stimulus for each muscle group allows you to continue to develop. Your body eventually reaches a plateau and becomes stuck unless you make the specific changes needed! Just as in life, all must change in order to adapt and you must adapt in order to get what you need to survive. A dumbbell concentration curl is just that; a variation of a simple move made more simple. It allows you to get any wasted motion and energy out of the movement. It makes you use your bicep and less of the shoulder and body momentum to get the weight up. Try incorporating this movement in the beginning of your  program every few weeks or so. You will allow more blood flow, a better pump and if your are able to be in tune enough you will see monumental differences in size and strength.
