{December 10th} Happy Saturday, guys! All right, not really -- but I've got finals to study for ?, papers to write ?, & Christmas shopping ?? to do, so! the show must go ? Was in the mood for roasted veggies this morning (duh) & decided to make an Egg Bake for One! ??? Roasted up Carrots, Brussels, Cauliflower, Shallots, Green Beans, + Bella Mushrooms in Coconut Oil, Garlic & Mustard Powder, Cayenne, PS&P, then threw it in the dish (also coated in Coco Oil) with Organic Spinach ? + 2 @vitalfarms Pasture-Raised Eggs & baked at 375° till set. Topped with @Lee Kum Kee USA（李錦記） #Leekumkee All-Natural Chili Garlic Sauce for a little more heat! ?#ad So good! Plus a Honey Crisp ? + ? Collagen Coffee! The cold air feels appropriate & so nice. Hope you're all getting your weekend off to a good start! ?
