Happy Wednesday, hump day, everybody! Here's a pic of my Slow Cooker Asian-Style Short Ribs I made the other day! I made the sauce out of beef broth, soy sauce, fresh garlic, ginger, Thai chili peppers, onions, sriracha, @Lee Kum Kee USA（李錦記）'s sesame oil and hoisin, brown sugar, and honey! After eight hours on low, I then topped off the short ribs with some cilantro, green onions, red pepper flakes, and sesame seeds!
