Still figuring out what to make for dinner tonight, and wouldn't mind another round of THIS ?? Sesame-soy tofu on spinach along with a quick slaw of Brussels sprouts. I added cranberries, walnuts, purple cabbage, and sesame seeds. The tofu is cooked in @Lee Kum Kee USA（李錦記） sesame oil, and I also used it in the slaw! Nice way to get in some greens pre-Thanksgiving ?
