Ginger/Scallion Mini Frikkadel with Sweet Plum & Pepper Relish.
Frikkadel are basically Dutch/South African meatballs. Whenever we had a party back home or went on a road trip for the holidays, my mom would prepare them with so much love. A tasty appetizer that doesn't last long ?.
The relish was made with @Lee Kum Kee USA（李錦記） plum sauce and sautéed peppers plus a little rice wine vinegar.
