You can’t start out from scratch wanting to bench 315 pounds on your very next workout nor can you win the Arnold Classic. After your first local show. You must start with small objectives that you can realistically reach on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.

Don’t get bogged down with the guess work of asking yourself is it 250 grams of protein and 100 grams of carbs today? Was it sweet potatoes or white potatoes? The best results sometimes come from just going out there and doing the damn thing. How I train and how I eat are the tools used to build muscle shape and symmetry as I want it to look to present onstage. That is the desired end result. The rest is just a process. Don’t rush the journey—it will come in time. Be sure to pursue your passion and always stay positive!
