We heard more than one theory on what formed these massive basalt pinnacles in the Isle of Skye. Many of them were tales of giants that frequent Scottish folklore. One morning we watched the sun pass through large keyholes in the rock illuminating the ground in unique patterns. I've never been much for folklore but to say this place doesn't hold some magic would go against everything I felt there.
