From my journal: I'm thinking of my dear friend. If you missed out on the first few parts of this series, I'm referring to my friend, Kenny, who I met on the church steps of 17th & Walnut and we met over sandwiches every week following. Kenny was homeless and one of the kindest, humble and generous souls that I had the blessing to know. We lost contact after I moved out of Philly since there was no way to correspond. I hope that Kenny wakes up in a warm loving home today. I miss him. •
