Little known tidbit: I love to sketch, doodle and watercolor. I found this piece that I created awhile back which I named the Royal Geisha of Freedom. It was a tribute in taking the darker parts of history and seeing how the power of an overcoming spirit leads to a metamorphosis into beauty, colors, life-spring and freedom. I don't think it was an accident that I happened upon this buried sketchbook today because for me the new year ahead is for strengthened wings to take flight into the song and destiny that has been beckoning from the cocoon.
