Hello from Mallorca! ?? I've checked into the @parkhyattmallorca for a working weekend, and I've already taken advantage of their gym ? (You can see what I'm up to here on Snapchat: @zanzapan) ? And I also wanted to update you guys on where I'm at with my training. Since I broke my hand I've been really struggling with motivation. I feel disheartened as I can't train the way I want to or lift as heavy as I would like. I can't deadlift, do chin ups, or go to @f45londonbridge; my favourite things! Plus I'm so busy at the moment that I often feel too stressed to train. It keeps dropping to the bottom of my priority list. Basically... I haven't been doing very well with the fitness side of things. However, after a pep talk from my coach @lbp_adamwillis I'm feeling much more positive. Ultimately it's all about mindset. I have to choose to focus on what I CAN do rather than what I can't. Set myself new fitness goals, to keep myself motivated. And work around the limitations of my hand.
