Came back from a very mentally challenging day yesterday with a different outlook and got some really good work in. A few singles at 90kg/198# for C&J to get ready for some heavy shit tomorrow. We moved my grip in and it feels foreign but much better on my tight ass lats - better elbow spin for the win.
