My #Strong Transformation ?? I literally found the photo on the left today. It shows me before I ever went to a gym or considered what food I put into my body. I was actually on a booze-fuelled holiday in Ayia Napa! ? The right image shows me about 3 weeks ago. There are obvious differences in my physique, but what I want to highlight is that there are SO many other ways I have transformed in this time period. Sure I've reduced my body fat percentage and built muscle. But I've also become physically fitter than I ever imagined I would. I can deadlift heavy-ass weights. I can do chin ups. I can do 20kph sprints. I actually kind of enjoy burpees! ? Not to mention, my body is healthy. I fuel myself with nourishing foods. I am energised. My skin has improved significantly. I hardly ever get poorly. I feel amazing! ? And the biggest transformation? My mindset. I've gone from self-consciousness to self-confidence. I've gone from disliking my body and criticising myself in the mirror, to loving myself unapologetically. I train hard and eat well because I CARE about myself. I'm doing this for for myself and my health. It's been a slow process but I've ended up in such a great place, with so much inner and outer strength. I want everyone else to feel like this. To find their balance and to feel strong and empowered. ❤️ That is why I've written my book, Strong. It contains everything I've learned on my journey; both mentally and physically.
