A #zvdstrongchallenge update ? You might remember that a week ago I smashed my hand and went to hospital. They said it was fine and sent me home. Well today I got a call and was told to come into A&E immediately, as my hand is fractured in two places! ? After a few more X rays the doctor concluded that I need to rest my hand for a few weeks. This means NO lifting weights. I can't deadlift. I can't do pull ups. I can't do push ups. I can't really do any weighted upper body training. Which is a bit of a nightmare when you're a fitness blogger and personal trainer by trade and also are aiming to deadlift 100kg by Christmas ? But I refuse to be negative. I can still train in some forms. I can do certain lower body exercises. I can run. I can jump. I am still fit and well. I just need to work around this injury and stay positive. I might not get an 100kg deadlift by the end of the year but I'll still be finishing 2016 strong! ? #strongzvd #girlgains
