As #voters waited in line to cast their ballots at a polling location on East 74th Street in Manhattan, one woman — with binoculars — spotted @karstenmoran photographing the group from a nearby rooftop. Local residents said the line stretched around the corner and onto 75th Street earlier this morning. All over New York City, voting lines snaked through school hallways and public libraries and down sun-dappled sidewalks.
